Elsy Milan is a PhD candidate at Imperial College London. Simultaneously, she serves as the negotiator for the Lebanese Delegation on Article 6 and the Technology Work Programs at the Conference of Parties (COP). Named by UNDP Climate as one of the five most influential youths fighting climate change in the MENA region in 2022, Elsy is a Climate Ambassador, an EU JEEL Connector, and a tireless advocate for young professionals and women in climate leadership.

Her work spans academia, diplomacy, and grassroots empowerment, and she recently received the Student Award for Outstanding Achievement for 2025.
