Ekaterina Ward walked away from a decade in financial services, built two businesses from scratch while raising a daughter, and somewhere in the middle of it all discovered the thing that changed everything. She grew up in communist Bulgaria and arrived in the UK in her twenties with a hunger for a bigger, freer, more fully lived life. Now in her fifties, Ekaterina is the founder of Vivacity, a movement for women daring to lead, love and earn at the highest level without sacrifices or regrets.

As the creator of the Steady Framework for Sustainable Success™, her mission is to help women stop outsourcing their power and start leading themselves into the most fully lit version of who they came here to be.
